Katelin Dutton graduated from California College of the Arts with Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography in 2009. Her work has been exhibited at the Whitney Art Museum (w/NPR), SF Camerawork, the Newport Art Museum, the Blue Six Acoustic Room in San Francisco, Rock, Paper, Scissors and Hatch Gallery in Oakland, CA and TAP Gallery in Sydney, Australia. As well as on several blogs. She received the "Creative Achievement Award" and the "Student Leadership Award" from California College of the Arts.
In 2010, she worked on assignment in Guatemala and Peru, photographing indigenous women artisans while engaging them in their communities. In 2011, she photographed in Alice Springs, Australia.
Katelin is currently the Communications Intern at BeadforLife in Kampala, Uganda. During the internship, Katelin is gathering photographs, videos and stories of the women who have been assisted by BeadforLife.
